今日から今年度２回目の職場体験に中学校の男子生徒さん２名がスターリーに来てくれています。
キンダークラスでは絵本を読んでくれます。
また、来週予定している工作の準備もお手伝いしてもらいます。

みなさん、多賀城図書館に行ったことがありますか？
この図書館、今少なくなりつつある本屋さん（ツタヤ）カフェ（スタバ）レストランを併設している
私のお気に入りの場所です。
前は近くに住んでいたので、スターリーがお休みにで予定がない時は、よく通っていました。
最近、本屋さんがどんどんなくなっていることに皆さんお気づきですか？
オンラインショッピングの手軽さと電子書籍やオーディオブックの普及で在庫を抱える地元の本屋さんが
軒並み閉店しています。
確かにネットで購入すれば翌日には配達されるし、電子書籍なら即読むこともできとても手軽です。
でも、本屋さんに行くと新しい本との出会いがあり、自分の思いもよらなかった世界に連れて行ってくれたりします。
そんな寄り道が私は好きです。
効率重視で、何でも時短、お手軽がもてはやされる昨今ですが、
時間に余裕がある時に、本屋さんに足を運んで色々な人達のいろいろな世界のページを眺めながら寄り道する時間が
私は好きです。

Typhoon Tino serves as a painful reminder of the country’s vulnerability during this season of super typhoons—a period that Filipinos know all too well.
Every year, the Philippines experiences numerous tropical storms, but recent years have shown that these weather disturbances are becoming stronger and more unpredictable. Scientists attribute this to climate change, which intensifies storms and increases the risk of severe damage. Despite the challenges, the Filipino spirit remains unbreakable. Communities are once again showing courage and solidarity—helping one another, rebuilding homes, and offering food and shelter to those in need.
As Filipinos move forward from Typhoon Tino’s devastation, it is important to strengthen our disaster preparedness and environmental awareness. Let this be a wake-up call for everyone to take climate action seriously. The typhoon season may be fierce, but the Filipino people’s resilience shines brighter than any storm.

先日、Kinderクラスのハロウィンレッスンでは、
皆でポップコーンを食べながらハロウィンの動画を鑑賞しました🍿
動画内には様々なハロウィンのキャラクターが出てきましたが、
レッスンで学んだものが多く、とても楽しみながら見てくれていました🥰
（ポップコーンはあっと言う間に無くなりました😂）
