抹茶の水ようかん作ってみた



○寒天1本○水200cc○きび砂糖大さじ3○白あん500g○抹茶大さじ3○栗の甘露煮


甘さ控えめで食べやすい


  I made matcha water yokan.

-               1 agar-agar stick                          - 200cc water                                           - 3 tablespoons of cane sugar         - 500g white bean paste                          - 3 tablespoons of matcha powder
- Chestnut sweetened with syrup          It's moderately sweet and delicious.
