抹茶の羊かんを作ってみた


○寒天1本○きび砂糖大さじ3○白あん400g○抹茶大さじ3○干芋1枚



 ↑寒天を水で戻しているところ(30分)

  I tried making matcha yokan:                 - 1 agar-agar stick
- 3 tablespoons of cane sugar
- 400g of white bean paste
- 3 tablespoons of matcha powder
- 1 piece of dried sweet potato                   I am in the process of rehydrating agar-agar in water for 30 minutes to make matcha-flavored yokan
