鶴屋吉信の菓子「花つどい」食べてみた


 羊かんが2層になっていて桜が浮き出る


 上品な甘さにうっとりする


  I tried eating Tsuruya Yoshinobu's confectionery called "Hana-tsudoi".
The gyuokan is layered into two layers, and cherry blossoms are raised.
I am enchanted by its refined sweetness.
