かす汁作ってみた





○豚薄切り肉○大根○にんじん○うす揚げ○こんにゃく○小松菜○しめじ


○酒かす○料理酒○だし醤油


かす汁食べるとよく寝られる(笑)

  I tried making Kasujiru (sake lees soup).
- Thinly sliced pork- Daikon (radish)- Carrots- Usuage (lightly fried tofu skin)- Konnyaku (konjac)- Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)- Shimeji mushrooms
Ingredients:- Sake lees- Cooking sake- Soy sauce with dashi 
Eating Kasujiru helps you sleep well (laughs).
