First, in the Settings tab, enter the coordinates of the BullsEye, which will serve as the reference point. If this is a major NAVAID within Japan, tapping the search bar will open a selection screen.

In the Area tab, you can create user-defined areas. Each point of the area can be entered using the radial DME from the BullsEye. You can choose between a straight line or a circle for the area.

The entered area data can be saved as a CSV file using the second button from the right, the Save button. To retrieve the data, tap the file button on the far right and overlay the layers from the saved area data.

For route creation, you can either directly enter coordinates or use selected NAVAIDs/FIXes from the search bar to easily create routes, similar to the areas.
