ビジネス英語の「締め」ですが、ネイティブがどうしているかお話し致します。日本式の「何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます」的な表現は有りません。私の経験では、表現はとてもシンプルだと思います。サンプルをいくつか紹介します。もちろん、普段のメールのやり取りでは下のような終わり方ではない場合も多数有りますのでその点はご了承お願いします。
①「質問が有れば、ご連絡下さい」という場合
If you have any questions, please let me know.
一番オーソドックスな表現ですね。
以下は、少しづづニュアンスが異なる言い回しですが、大体同じ事を言っています。
・Please let me know, if you have any questions.
・If you have any queries in relation to the report, please let me know.
・If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
・Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact me.
・If you need further clarification, please let me know.
"query"ですが、日本語で言えば、「問い合わせ」のニュアンスです。"question"は疑問を伴った質問の様なニュアンスになるかと思います。
②「追加の情報が必要な場合は教えて下さいね」という場合
If you need any further information, please let me know.
③「ご協力有難うございます」という場合
Thank you for your cooperation.
私の印象では、この文は何かを協力してもらう前や協力してもらっている最中に使う表現だと思います。
