4/9 Older Class
Today, we sang some songs first. After singing and dancing, we talked about Easter. We talked about what Easter is all about, what happens during Easter and the traditions like receiving Easter eggs, doing Easter egg hunts, etc. Then, i handed them some handmade Easter cards and envelopes. Inside the card was blank. I placed colouring pens/pencils, glue and some cut out pictures representing Easter like bunnies. And, the kids designed their cards for their parents.
歌の後、イースターについて話しました。イースターとは何か、イースターの間は何があるのか、伝統的なイースターの風習、例えばイースターエッグを受け取ることや、イースターエッグ探しや。それから彼らに手作りのイースターカードと封筒を渡しました。カードの中は何も書いてありません。色鉛筆やペンとイースターのうさぎの切り抜きとのりを使って、それぞれ子どもたちは、ママとパパにカードを作りました。
After that, we cleaned up and sang some more songs. After that, the kids handed the Easter cards they designed to their mothers. Then, they lined up with their attendance cards. They took turns choosing a sticker and i handed them some sweets.
それからお片づけをして、また歌をいくつか歌い、その後作ったカードをママ達に渡しました。最後に出席カードを持って並び、シールを選んでお菓子をもらいました。
Comments:
The kids were full of energy, smiles and laughter today. It was great to see! They enjoyed singing and dancing and learning the new songs i introduced to them and they are fast to pick up on the actions to the songs. They really enjoyed learning about Easter and designing their Easter cards. They are really motivated to learn English which is wonderful to see. Well done to all the kids and i look forward to seeing you all at my next lesson.
