I understand that you have some concerns about your work permit, but we are in the process of helping you apply for your work permit. I will let you know the progress of the work permit application when there are updates.
As for the schedule for opening, our estimated opening date is in ○○. As my assistant explained in the interview, we do not have a set opening date yet. As soon as we receive the opening schedule, I will let you know as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we are preparing an employment contract for you. Could you provide us with the following information?
- A piece of identification with your full name & date of birth
- Your current address in Canada
Please let me know if you accept the offer to this position. If you accept this offer, you are welcome to reach out to us if you need assistance with relocation, such as finding a place to rent & transportation to ○○.

ワークパーミットもとってくれるようです。
が、私の住んでいる場所とは州が違う、さらに言うと聞いた事なかった結構な田舎なため、住む場所の確保どうしようと思っていたので、引っ越しに関して手伝ってくれると言うのはとてもありがたかったです。
やはり名の知れた日本企業だから待遇はしっかりしているんだな、よかった、と思っていました。
今メールを見返していて思ったのですが、今まで男性(オーナー)としていたこのメールはアシスタント(娘)が書いているのかも知れません。
気のせいかも知れませんが、、
理由:
1,メールが送られてくる時間が夜とか深夜(娘はかなりの夜行性)
2,このオーナーは母国語が英語ではなく、今になって見返すと文体がオーナーのもののような気がしない。オーナーの今後の普段のメールは、こんなに丁寧な書き方ではなくもう少し単刀直入(？ちょうどいい表現が思いつきません)、話し方もそうなのですが、結構失礼な口調や言い方が多いのです。(フォーマルなメールや文章はは娘に書いてもらってるかも)
ブログのタイトル通りこの後事態は急展開するのですが、そんな事知るよしもないのです。
後日談なので、あまりハッピーに書けませんが、この時はとても嬉しかったです。
