今夜はMichelin Guide に載っている星付きレストラン“Chez-tomo ”に行ってきました。
I write my blog in English because I got mail from my friend in Seoul after a long time. This evening I went to “Chez-tomo ” that is one-star restaurant included in the Michelin Guide .
Chez tomoは、☆（１つ星レストラン）なのですが、それでもものすっごく美味しかったです。☆☆☆（３つ星レストラン）なんて想像もできませんが、いつか行ってみたいと思います。一番感動した料理がこちらです。美味しいだけでなく、見て嬉しくなってしまう感じです。
Chez-tomo is one-star restaurant, but the cuisine was very very good! I can't even imagine the cuisine of Three-star restaurant. This is most impressive cooking. Any cuisine not only tasted good but also enjoyable.
お皿やフォークやスプーンまで、１つ１つ工夫があり、美術館で食事しているような感覚でした。一緒に食事に付き合ってくれた友だちは、イタリアン・レストランでの仕事の経験があるということだったので、次回はイタリアンにしてみようかと思います。そして、イタリアンのいろいろなウンチクでも教えてもらえたら嬉しいです。
Dishes, forks and spoons were also ingenious (interesting color and shapes), I felt of being in a museum. My friend has experience in work in Italian restaurant, so next time I'll go to Italian. And I hope she would teach me some knowledge abount Italian.
