最近は、新しいお仕事が決まりバタバタしています
Recently I got a new job and I have been so busy!
ワインを取り扱うレストランとしては西オーストラリアでは、一番？！とも言われている大きなレストランでお仕事が決まりました。
The job is at a restaurant that had the biggest and most awarded wine list in Western Australia.
一流のシェフや一流のソムリエさんが食事とワインのマリアージュを考え一流のサービスを提供する。
The professional Chef and Sommeliar are always thinking about the marriage of food and wine. They also always make sure the service of the food and wine is very professional and amazing.
そんな空間に携われることが感無量の日々です。
I am involved with the special service at the moment, which has been an amazing experience.
フランス、スペイン、イタリアからのソムリエさんと一緒にお仕事が出来るなんて
The sommeliers are from France, Spain and Italy. We all work together and always help and share knowledge with each other.
よく考えたら考えるほど、有難すぎる環境です！
When I think about it more, I realise what an amazing opportunity I am experiencing.
私もここで一生懸命頑張ろう！
I will give my best effort at this job!
