ここのディムサムで食べたカスタード饅が美味しすぎたので、撮りました
カスタードと一言で言っても、日本で食べるカスタードクリームとはまったく違って、もっとリッチでオイリーな舌触りと卵の香りが広がるクリームとソフトな皮が最高のコンビネーションでした

I had this at one of the best Yum Cha restaurants in Perth and it was amazing! Yum Cha is called "Dim Sum" here in Perth which is funny and interesting. The flavour is sweet and the hot filling goes perfectly with the soft bun and rich egg flavour.
