Devide salmon into quarters.
Mince Maitake mushroom and sprinkle it with potato starch.

Frying the salmon in the frypan. Sear the salmon on each side. 
Saute the Maitake mushroom. And then wipe off the oil.

Mixing soy sause tea spoon and sugar 1, oyster sause tea spoon 2, Sake table spoon 2, water table spoon 1 and Tobanjan tea spoon 1/3. It is seasoning sause.

Mixing all of them and boil down.
