「ブラ」祭り(Bula Festival)

I went to the ‘Bula Festival’ in Nadi town. Bula means ‘Hello’ in Fiji, so when I greet someone in Fiji, I always says ‘Bula’.

Tonight is gay event, so many gays were excited. ‘The Nice Girls’ danced and showed us their performance on the stage.

I had never seen such show in Japan. It was a funny festival.

Nadiタウンで開かれているブラフェスティバルに参加しました。「Bula」はフィジー語で「こんにちは」を意味します。なので、フィジーで誰かに挨拶する時は、つねに「Bula」と言います。

今夜はゲイのイベントだったので、ほとんどのゲイの方々は興奮して叫んでいました。「ナイスガール」達は、ステージの上でダンスをしたり、演出してくれました。

日本ではこのようなものを見たことがありませんでした。とても面白い祭りでした。

ロボ作り(Cooking Lovo)

I made ‘LOVO’ with Billy’s family. It’s a Fijian traditional food.
It is a special recipe, because they cooked many kinds of food on hot stones, and covered with coconut leaves. I ate it with some cassavas. It was very delicious!!

By the way, I have gained 2kg on my weight. Oh my god!!

ビリーの家族と「ロボ」を作りました。伝統的なフィジー料理です。
チキンとココナッツを混ぜたものを暑くした石の上に乗せて、ココナッツの葉っぱで覆うので、特別な調理法です。キャッサバと食べました。メチャウマイ！！

ちなみに、、、フィジーに来る前より２キロ太りました。。。なんてこったい！！

火を起こして石を熱くして、その上でジワジワ焼きます。

中身の具は、、、チキンやココナッツミルク、塩など。

1時間半後、、、出来上がり！！

いただきます！！

ユニオンラグビー準々決勝(Quarter Final Of The Rugby Game)

I went to Suva to cheer my rugby team’s match. Suva is the capital of Fiji. It was the quarter final of the union game. All of us gathered on the hill, and we concentrated on the game.

They did their best, but they lost the game.

ラグビーチームを応援するためにスバへ行きました。スバはフィジーの首都です。ユニオンラグビーの準々決勝でした。みんなで丘の上に集まり、試合に集中しました。

みんな全力でプレイしてくれました。しかし、試合は負けてしまいました。
