⚡日本国憲法前文の「われらは、これに反する一切の憲法、法令及び詔勅を排除する。」により、千九百四十七年から施行されてる現日本国憲法に反する内容の憲法に変えることは出来ない。

⚡この法的根拠をもって、欧米の支配層の傀儡である日本政府やその他の愚かな人々を黙らせ、現憲法を遵守するように（憲法九十九条を守るように）強く主張しましょう。また、当該憲法前文と憲法九十八条一項「この憲法は、国の最高法規であつて、その条規に反する法律、命令、詔勅及び国務に関するその他の行為の全部又は一部は、その効力を有しない。」により、現憲法に反する国際条約、法律、政令、閣議決定、天皇の言葉、行政機関や裁判所やその他官公庁等の命令、都道府県の条例等もすべて無効です
