国が国民の健康を考え海外で禁止している農薬・添加物など使わずに西洋医学だけに頼らず自然療法なども保険適用すれば病気になる人は減るし、病気が治る人も増える

何故そうしないのか？

世の中を全ての人を救おうと思っておらず一部の人だけが幸せになれば良いという考えの人が支配しているから💦

If the Japanese government were to think about the health of its citizens and cover natural remedies and other treatments instead of relying solely on Western medicine, without using pesticides and additives that are banned overseas, fewer people would get ill and more people would be cured.

Why don't they do so?

Because the world is dominated by people who don't want to save everyone and only want to make some people happy💦.
