たとえ課題が大事だと知っていたとしても、

それでもぎりぎりになってからでないと

始めない。

I will wait till the last minute to get started.
課題が大事だと知らない限り、ぎりぎりに

始める。

Only if I know that an assignment is

important, I never wait till the last minute to

get started.
課題が大事だと知っていた場合に限り、

決してぎりぎりには始めない。

If only I had known that the assignment was

important, I wouldn't have waited till the last

minute to get started.
課題が大事だと知っていたらよかったのに。

であればぎりぎりに始めたりしなかった。

I wish I'd known that the assignment was so

important, otherwise I wouldn't have waited

till the last minute to get started.
課題がこんなに大事だと知っていたら

よかったのにな、でなければぎりぎりに

始めなかった。
