大河がある。 

被害者と当事者の間には。 

被害者にとっては、全てがその将来を妨げるものであり、 
当事者にとっては、全てが成長の糧である。 

橋は、いつも当事者が架ける。 

～ある組織に属する心構え～ 

虎の威は、あくまで借りるものである。 

虎になったわけではない。 


-A Mind-Set Facing Problems -

Owners is a person who tries to go beyond a great-river, but victims not to get over the river.

For the victims, everything disrupts their life.

For the owners, everything seems to an opportunity to grow themselves.

The owners have bridged over the river.

-A Mind-Set Belongs Great Organizations-

You can be under the shelter of the organizations’ authority.

However, don’t misunderstand.

You are just one person.
