Our signature dish, Nakgopsae, features octopus, beef tripe, and shrimp simmered in a bold, spicy broth made with a secret yangnyeom seasoning—faithfully recreated after extensive staff training in Korea.
You can choose from three levels of spiciness, and the most popular way to finish your meal is by adding rice to the leftover broth, transforming it into a delicious bibimbap-style dish.
In addition to hot pots, we serve a wide selection of side dishes including Korean pancakes (jeon), seasoned vegetables (namul), and grilled tripe.
