Morning in Manila

ちょっとしたお話を書きました。

ごめんなさい （－＿－；）。。英語で書きました。

"My eyes opened, my head still filled with sleep and the trace of dreams. I wiped the beaded sweat off of my brow and sighed, another Manila morning. The same feeling of the suns heat, the same feeling of moisture pressing down on my body....but, something felt different. Almost eerie. My body tickled slightly, as if some kind of obscure power took over my mind. The light piercing through my blinds were abnormal. I took a step away from my bed, mesmerized by this wonderful light. My fingers moved the blinds aside, allowing me to see something so surreal, so hypnotic. The clouds were profound. The sun rays were penetrating. And over the city of Manila hung a shadow of what looked to be a reflection of the city itself. I soon forgot the heat, the moisture, the forever presence of the sound of humanity outside my window. My mind was in a wondrous state of oblivion, with nothing but this transcendental morning filling my vision.

This scene will never be forgotten. Forever captured. "
