Tofu

Corn starch

Oil for deep fry

 

For Sauce

Minced garlic

Minced ginger

Chopped green onion    

Ketchup                                                          

Spicy bean paste (Tobanjyan)

Sesame oil

Veggie/chicken broth 

Corn starch

 Instructions.

 Drain tofu and then wrap it in paper towels and place in a strainer for 30 minutes to remove excess moisture. 

Cut into 8-10 pieces and coat with corn starch then deep fry.

 

Making the sauce

In a large pan over high heat, add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onion to cook for 2 minutes. Add spicy bean paste () well.

Add / chicken broth and ketchup cook until the broth is smooth.

Add fried tofu for 3 minutes.

Lastly, Pour mixture and stir well.
