I have been working at Starbuks as a partner for half an year.

As a partner of Starbucks, I learned that I have to understand Starbucks mission.

"To inspire and nurture the human spirit - one person, one cup and neighborhood at a time"

人々の心を豊かで活力あるものにするためにーひとりのお客様、いっぱいのコーヒー、そしてひとつのコミュニティから

We have to keep this word in our mind and connect with customers.

There are six principles.

1. Our Coffee - we always try to seek the highest possible quolity and take care of coffee farmer

and improve their lives as much as we can. Our work is never done.

2. Our Partners - we are called "partner' each other. We respect each other and have dignity for all partners.

we accept diversity and make a good atmosphere that everyone can work well.

3. Our Customers - if we are engaged in customers, we can connect each other and there will be laugh

and make them happy. The most important thing is a connection with customers.

4. Our Stores - We want customers to feel their own space and spend their time in their own way at

Starbucks.

5. Our Neighborhood - All stores and partners have to take responsibility as a member of community.

In order to do that, we contribute to customers, partners, and the community.

6. Our Shareholders - We can share the success with each other by achieving these missions. Slowly but

surely, we make efforts toward prosperity of all people who related to Starbucks.

Sorry, I can't explain these Starbucks Missions in English well.

I hope you understand the contents even a little.
