にBrunchに行って参りました～。
1時間待ったのですが、その間にお天気が良かったのでお散歩がてらneighborhoodを散策しました。
途中雑貨屋さんへ行ったりもしました。
localのアーティストのjewelryが沢山あり、とてもきになるお店でした。また行きたいな。
Potrero HillというSFのエリアで丘の上と言った雰囲気で景色が素晴らしいエリア。

ブランチはシンプルで素材感をしっかりと感じれる味わい。
私とお友達は２つのメニューをシェアする事に。
右のパンケーキがホワホワしていてBread Puddingのような質感でとっても美味しかったです。
そしてレモンの味わいもすごく爽やかでした！
もうひとつシェアしたのは、こちらegg benedict!卵の黄身がソースの様になり、
まろやかな味わいを作り出してくれました。マフィンの香ばしさも幸せアロマでした。

ポテトは手でちぎった様な 表面になっており、crispyさがこれまた美味しかったです。
brunch楽しいです。冬の朝、晴れた透明な空気もまた素敵でした！
Point Reyes
True Sake in San Franciscoにて。
真ん中にある”裏 雅山流”を去年よりリピートしております。
とても爽やかで透明な味わい。そしてその中に程よい、満足な味わいもある。
写真の他のお酒もやっぱり美味しいです。優しさがあったり、自然な甘みが出ていたり、
重すぎないけれどボディーがあったり。
とても興味深い世界。
ちなみに本日はJokigen Junmai Ginjoを頂きました。
そしてお友達とBrunchを頂いた後、Point Reyesという海の町へ行って参りました。
映画の様な世界で緑と海と夕日の中に牛やものすごく大きいElephant Sealsというanimalが
砂浜におり、あまりの大きさに石像かと思ったくらいでした。
本当に巨大で、こんなに大きな生物この世にいたなんて！とかなり感激してしまいました。
自然はやっぱり素敵です。
静かに息づいている生命力を感じました。
とても速く走る鳥がいたり、舞う様に飛ぶ鳥達の群れがいたり。
本当にきれいでした！
伝心 新酒 生
毎年とても楽しみにしている、新酒がついに届きました！
伝心 の新酒です。生です。
とても濃厚なのですが、すっきりと辛口な終わりはとても伝心らしい味わいだと思いました。
すっきりした中にも味わい深さ、ripe fruitinessがあり、 お酒だけで頂いても、チーズやパンとも
合いそうな爽快な味わいで、とってもフレッシュで美味しかったです！
また頂きたいなと思う１本でした：）

Radish & Zucchini from Berkeley Bowl
Zucchiniは軽く塩をふってトーストで焼いただけなのですが、Zucchini自体の甘さやほくほくとした
ふくらみがとても美味しく、Radishの辛みやearthinessがここちよくraisinの甘みやroll自体の甘みを
引き出していてシンプルな素材の美味しさをたっぷり頂く事が出来て嬉しく美味しかったです。
更にblue cheeseがとても美味しくて、発酵の味わいとまろやかさと酸味やクリーミーさ、
後味の深さがあり本当にパンに良く合うと思った味わいでした。
美味しいパンと美味しいチーズ、本当に幸せですね。
シンプルな素材の味わいと、
色々なワインやお酒を合わせてみたいなと思いました：）
今度是非してみたいと思います：）！
伝心 新酒
今日はお仕事でした～。やっぱりお仕事はとっても楽しいです。
好きなお酒であるからという事も大きいと思います。
さて、写真右はLa farine bakeryというフレンチスタイルの素敵で美味しいベーカリーの
raisin roll です。

程よい歯ごたえと味わい深さを感じる美味しい美味しいパン。
私はこちらとblue cheeseを一緒に頂きました。
シンプルで幸せな味わい。
SF, Mission areaにあるorganicのgrocery store, Bi-Riteにて
お勧めしていただいたChardonnay。
少しバターの様なlayerが柔らかながらLemonのようなすっきりさもあり
さっぱりとさせてくれます。すっきりしていてvinegretteサラダと頂きたいな
と思いました！
明日はお休み。

すごいすごいanother decadeです！！！
今日は "Marsanne 2009, Domaines Astruc, Winery"のWhite Wineを1本空けてしまいました～。
なんて飲みやすいワイン！Franceのwine。
The wine has buttery layer at the end and also, green apple and anana layer in the middle.
Creamy and mellow. With blue cheese, more fruitiness shows up! Love it!
パイナップルがフレッシュ生クリームに包まれたような、まろやかながらさっぱりとした味わい。
Blue Cheeseと頂くとfruity さが更に引立ちとてもjuicyで美味しいです。
As I tried the blue cheese, I found great acidity by fermentation is covered by rich creaminess and natural cream sweetness perfectly, but never been too much heaviness.
Well balanced. Very good for french style hard bread that I bought today.
まろやかでクリーミーな中に野性的な酸味があり、まろやかながら奥深い味わいがあります。
すごく美味しい！
French Styleのパン（胡桃とraisin)と頂くと本当に素敵な三角形を感じます。
Great bread, great cheese and great wine makes beautiful triangle! Tasty!
他にもお茶を購入してみました。
Choice Tea has traditional flavor. Twig Tea has great earthiness that I really am expected.
Such a great Tea company.
What I had was "Earl Gray" + "Twig Tea" this time.
Both well represented and flavorful!
And I love eggs! I try to buy brown, cage free eggs.
Healthy roosters makes healthy eggs. This is what I believe and it might be really true!
Give them freedom and natural environment instead of putting in too small cage with so much stress on them.
No more. Please Please. They need to have healthy life.

Every flavors is natural! Amazingly chewy and great!
Tomorrow, I have "Osechi dinner"!!! Two sakes are on hold for tomorrow (actually today already!) Can't wait opening two bottles!!!!!
