We are roomies. We live in a nice condo in Singapore. Today, we'll have a chat in the living room after you wake up. Let's talk about coffee and tea. And then, we can go out and walk around Singapore.
Dialogue
N: Oh, good morning. Did you sleep well?
S: Yeah, I usually don't sleep this late.
N: How was your bed? Comfortable? Too hard? Too soft?
S: It's just right. Thanks.
N: I turned the AC on last night. How was the temperature?
S: Actually, I was just a little cold. So I'd appreciate it if the AC were not too strong at night.
N: Got it. Do you drink coffee? Or are you more of a tea person?
S: I like both. I think I'm in the mood for some tea this morning.
N: Just help yourself to coffee or any of the tea. Do you use hot water pots in Japan, too?
S: Yeah, our family always uses a hot water pot. It's so convenient and I'm glad you have one.
N: Well, it's a nice day. Let's walk around Singapore today if you'd like.
S: That'd be great. A good walk will help me adjust to Singapore time.
N: Have you seen Merlion Park yet?
S: Yeah, actually. But I'd love to walk around that area again.
N: OK, we can walk around Orchard Road, have lunch, and then, go see the Merlion fountain. What time shall we leave?
S: Shall I leave in about an hour?
