Harvest the hemps,we helped.麻の収穫お手伝い

Today,we went to Tochigi pref for helping harvest the hemps.Some part of region in Tochigi pref are well known industrial hemp cultivation.

These hemps are will be change fiber type's so we can't use like drug type hemps by breed improvement.

Harmer said,the hemps almost will be processed a kite string and also fiber type hemps is one of the instruments used for purification at religious services of Shinto in Japan.

栃木県の農家さんに麻の収穫のお手伝いに行ってきました。
こちらの麻は産業用に品種改良されたもので、繊維となります。
ほとんどは、凧糸として使われます。
こちらの農家さんでは神事用の麻製品も作っています。


２～３ｍくらいに育ってます。
