It was so wonderful. Today I enjoyed Takarazuka snow troupe performance.

It is so special having such a great triangle in this moment. Chigi, Miyu and Daimon.

Though there are many memorable triangle ever, Chigi triangle is quite rare. How those 3 play both heroic role and dark role perfectly! The consentlation made by Chigi is so nice to feel.

I really enjoy it.
Daimon's stage always make me big smile.

 

What comes up next to Mottainai

About 10 years ago, the idea Mottainai got be popular all over the world.

Now I expect the idea Otagaisama spread globally. I believe Otagaisama realize sustainable peaceful world.

It may be difficult to understand the spiritual idea for western culture countries, but if they get to know the way of thinking, it will be a great progress.    

The real problems on 2020

Everyday some problems on 2020 are reported. In my point of view, those problems are telling the real fact in Japanese major organizations and companies.

I suspect the causes depend not only on the leaders but everyone's lack of responsibility caused by overworks.

As many people know, Japanese companies reduced the number of permanent contract employees. It made people cover huge tasks. Adding to it, IT progress made the speed in business faster than ever.

People needed to handle their tasks ad soon as possible. It was necessary for people to protect themslves. People don't use their brain to judge the matter. If they focus on the problems, it causes much problems on the people and organization. The best way to survive is to pass the issue without causing worseless discussions.

So, the issues are not discussed fully and come to the decision.

Now it is the time to use our own brain. Otherwise our companies, organizations, and our nation would be collapsed.
