I got up after 8:00am and packed the carboad box percel.
日本に送る段ボール箱。この日発送する予定だったので↑
I filled up the document to send it; address, contents, etc...
Host mother was cleaning the youngest host sister's room.
She has been overseas and the guest is going to stay at her room tonight.
I was hanging my laundry.
途中だったけれど10：00になったので予定通りホストマザーに
post officeまで車で乗せて行ってもらうようにお願いしました。
I thought we would only go to the post office.
(We ended up doing some shoppings after that.)
The box was quite heavy. It weighed 12kg!!
I needed to pay $141 to send it to Japan!!
でもいくら高くても送らなきゃならないからしょうがない。
スーツケースが重くならないだけありがたいし、
実際のところスーツケースにはとても入りきらないし
Host mother had to go shopping for tonight.
レジはいつまでたっても慣れないし緊張したな・・・
ALDIでの買い物は楽しかったけど♪
ALDI→fish shop→ice cream→market
We got lettuce for free in the market for our birds.
マーケットの裏に売り物にならないダメな野菜が置いてあって
ただでもらっていいようで・・・

Fish shop is intersting!!
英語で会話ができても花の名前とか魚の名前とかって意外に知らないもので
しらなければどうにも説明できないし、また国によって地域によって
familiarな花や魚って違うので。
バラマンディはAUSではよく聞く名でした。fish&chipsとかでも。
調べるとスズキと出てきて、確かに名前としては知っているけど
日本でよく食べるか？と聞かれればそうでもないし・・・
帰ってきたら１２：００で、やばい！
プレゼント作りや手紙、日記などやらなきゃならないことがたまってる！！
Host father came to my room and showed me doves!!

Guests seemed to come at around 3pm.
I stayed at my room doing my things. I felt busy...
折り紙の箱作り、とりあえず25個完成。疲れた・・・
At 5:30pm I went to help Host mother to prepare dinner.
Guests were all in the game room.
12pople had dinner together!! from 6-8pm.
3couples, 2kids and 1baby
I played with the kids. So cute and the baby was adorable!!
I enjoyed listening the adults as well.
guestsはnew creation churchの人たちで会ったことのある人もいて・・・
Eldest host sisterが初めてboyfriendを連れてきたときの話とか
Korean boyがムスリムgirlにkissして問題になったって話とか、
宗教や文化の話、家庭の話などなど。
会話と食事を楽しむというThe外国的な時間だなぁと。
こういうのってあんまり日本にはないかな～って。
日本では愚痴が多くなる気がする。自慢とか。イメージだけど。
After I returned to my room, I finished writing a letter to J in Japanese.
Jへの手紙は英語が混じった日本語で。
その方が私も楽だし、彼女は日本語の勉強になって嬉しいと思って。
