飲料水は浄水器を使用、
氷は水道水を使用しております。
農薬・遺伝子組み換え
食品添加物・放射能 を
身の丈で
できる限り回避しようと
独自の判断基準で
安全な食材選びを心がけています。

We are made of food.
It is important thing that
choosing the food,
letting the customers know
where does this food come from.
We are mainly using
the mineral water come from France for cooking.
Most of the food come from
foreign country or west of Japan.
We are making rice with
mineral water come from France.
Salt, tomato source come from
foreign country.
Sugar is Tensai-sugar
come from Hokkaido.
Syrup is organic.
We are using high quality filter
for water for drink.
(Ice is without filter.)
We are trying to avoid
chemicals,
DNA recombination crop,
additive, radioactivity,
as possible as we can.
We are not perfect
but trying to do our best
for the safety of food
day by day.
