オレは好きだヨン!w

先日、友達と食べに行ったんだ~

「チーズ明太石焼ビビンバ」

これは旨い~!

じゅ~って音、たまんないね。w

しかも、下のチーズはカリッカリで上のチーズはとろぉ~り!
最高だぜ!w

韓国料理で他に好きなのは「ビビン冷麺」!
スープがないやつ。
赤いタレのやつ。
知ってる?

麺がゴムみたいで、ハサミでジョキジョキ切るんだよ。w

日本ではまだ食べてないかも~

でも韓国に行った時に食べたんだけど、メッチャ辛くてヒーヒー言いながら食べてた!
でもマジで美味い!!!!!!w

東京におすすめのお店ってないかな?

Do you all like Korean cuisine?

I like it!!

I went and had some with my friends the other day~

"Cheese with Fish Roe Dolsot Bibimbap"

Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish.
The word literally means "mixed rice."
Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with sautéed and seasoned vegetables and chili pepper paste. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (or not) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating.

Dolsot bibimbap, "dolsot" meaning "stone pot", is served in a very hot stone bowl
in which a raw egg is cooked against the sides of the bowl.
The bowl is so hot that anything that touches it sizzles for minutes.
Before the rice is placed in the bowl, the bottom of the bowl is coated
with sesame oil, making the layer of the rice touching the bowl golden brown and crispy.


It was so YUMMY!!!

Love the sizzling sound!!

The cheese on the bottom is nice and crispy~
and the cheese on the top is nice and melted!
YUMMY~!!


My other favorite Korean dish is "bibim naengmyeon".
It's cold noodles in Red chili paste!
Do you know it?

The noodles are tough like rubber band,
so you need to cut it with scissors before you start eating.

Haven't had any yet in Japan.

But I had it when I went to Korea a few years ago.
It was really spicy but it was all worth it!!
So delicious!

Anyone know of a good Korean restaurant in Tokyo?

If you haven't tried any of these dishes,
