作り方は簡単！
★ブロッコリー、にんじんと魚をアルミホイルの上にのせる。
★塩、コショウ、バターを魚の上にのせる。
★アルミホイルをたたんで横の隙間をたたんで閉じる。
★もう一つ空いてる隙間から料理酒とみりんを少々入れる。
（白ワインでもOK!）
★そして、その隙間もたたんで閉じる。
★フライパンの上にのせる前、絶対フォークで上に穴をあけてね！
★火は中火ね。
★開けた穴から湯気が出て来て、美味しそうな香りがしたら出来上がり！！！

The answer was...

Steamed Fish!

It's easy to make!
★Place some broccoli, carrots and fish on an aluminium foil.
★Season it with salt and pepper, and place a small portion of butter on the fish.
★Fold over the aluminium foil and fold the sides to close up 2 sides.
★Pour some cooking wine (white wine is ok too!) into the bag and seal.
★Before placing the bag on a frying pan, REMEMBER to poke a few holes
on the top with a fork!
★Medium fire is good.
★When you see steam coming out from the small holes, and when it smells good,
IT'S READY!!

It's real healthy and easy to make!
