在フィリピン日本国大使館
１．フィリピン火山地震研究所（ＰＨＩＶＯＬＣＳ）は，９日、ルソン島バタンガス州タガイタイ地域に位置するタール山（マニラの南約５０キロ）の火山活動の活発化を示す兆候があるとして、警戒度を「レベル１（低い火山活動）」から
「レベル２（中程度の火山活動）」（５段階の警戒度で下から２番目の水準）に引き上げました。
【参考】タール火山につきましては，２０１０年６月に警戒度が「レベル１」から「レベル２」に引き上げられましたが，その後，同年８月に「レベル１」に引き下げられた経緯があります。
２．これを受け，ＰＨＩＶＯＬＣＳでは、水蒸気爆発の発生や有毒ガスが立ちこめたりすることから，タール火山火口(Main Crater)，Daang Kastila Trail及び Tabaro山（１９６５年－１９７７年の噴火地点）を厳に立ち入り禁止(strictly
off-limits)とする一方，国家災害調整委員会（ＮＤＲＲＭＣ）も，今後の情勢を注視していく必要があるとの認識を示しています。
３．つきましては、タール山の火山活動に関して引き続き最新の情報の入手に努めるとともに、不要不急の旅行については控えるよう慎重な行動を心がけてください。また，周辺地域に滞在されている方は，安全な地域への移動を含めて検討されることをおすすめします。
なお、火山が噴火した場合には、溶岩流や火砕流、有毒ガスの発生の他、広範な地域における降灰が起きる可能性があります。降灰があった場合には外出を控える等（特に呼吸器系疾患のある方）ご注意下さい。

原発から50Km圏内の2000人に無償で飛行機をチャーターして飛ばすとの事です。

Statement of the Department of Foreign Affairs:
On the widening of exclusion zone around the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear reactor after the adjustment of the crisis level from 5 to 7, and efforts to secure the safety of Filipinos in Japan

According to the report of the Philippine Ambassador to Japan Manuel Lopez, the Japanese Government has today decided to adjust the crisis level of the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant accident from 5 to 7 as a result of the widespread accumulation of radiation leaks.
Based on our understanding at the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Japanese Government has called for an evacuation within one month of people in specified areas within an estimated 50-kilometer radius of the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant who may have been exposed to high and accumulated doses of radiation.
With this information and upon instruction of the President, we are initiating action to repatriate on a mandatory basis Filipinos who are within the 50-kilometer radius of the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant. As a precautionary measure, the Philippines would additionally be declaring a voluntary repatriation for those from a 50-kilometer to 100-kilometer radius. This would, in total, involve about 2,000 Filipinos, not counting children. In both cases, the Philippine Government will absorb the full cost of repatriation to the Philippines. Our plan to repatriate will involve the chartering of aircraft, which is being planned to originate from Niigata airport located in northwest Japan. We are targeting the first repatriation flight to be scheduled for Sunday, April 17.
The Department of Foreign Affairs is coordinating with concerned agencies to ascertain that those repatriated will undergo proper health screening.

4月7日にフィリピン大使のロペス氏他が皇居にて、アキノ大統領の手紙を渡し、災害の報告をした際に、天皇陛下からフィリピン人の震災状況について尋ねられたそうです。
この式典の際に、ロペス氏は今回の日本の大震災について、フィリピン国家としての同情の意を天皇陛下に伝えたそうです。
また、更なる援助についても提供する準備があることも伝えたそうです。
結構凄い人が出席してたんですね？
Japanese Emperor Akihito has inquired about the status of the Filipinos who were affected by a magnitude-9 quake and tsunami that devastated Japan's northeast portion last month.
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said Tuesday the Emperor asked about the Filipinos when Philippine Ambassador Manuel Lopez presented his credentials to him on April 7 at the Imperial Palace.
"His Majesty the Emperor expressed appreciation for the letter of sympathy of President Benigno S. Aquino III and inquired about Filipinos affected by the earthquake," the DFA said in a news release posted on its website.
During the ceremony, Lopez conveyed to the Emperor the sympathies of the Philippine nation for the earthquake which struck Eastern Japan last month.
"The Ambassador expressed the solidarity of the Filipino people with the people of Japan, and reiterated the Philippines’ readiness to provide further assistance to the devastated areas," the DFA said.
Also present at the ceremony were Minister of Justice of Japan Satsuki Eda and senior officials of the Philippine Embassy including Minister Gina Jamoralin, Minister and Consul General Sulpicio Confiado, Third Secretary and Vice Consul Christian De Jesus, Third Secretary and Vice Consul Hans Mohaimin Siriban, Third Secretary and Vice Consul Bryan Dexter Lao, and Defense and Armed Forces Attaché Col. Inocencio Silbol.
Earlier, Philippine officials in Japan confirmed at least two Filipinos died in the wake of the tsunami. – VVP, GMA News

先ほどのNEWSの発表によると、NAIA（Ninoy Aquino International Airport）が2010年度世界最悪航空TOP10のうち第5位に選ばれちゃいました。
アジアの中では堂々の最悪第1位です。
ちなみに2位以下は
ニューデリー
北京
ボンベイ
イスラマバード
ハノイ
チェンマイ
等々となっているようです。
2009年度は世界第7位だったそうなので、NAIAのターミナル3が出来ても駄目なんですね。
まぁ空港が新しくて綺麗とか言う問題じゃないんでしょうけど。
