先日11日にDFA(フィリピン外務省）のUSECバジーリオ氏とMOFA（日本外務省）外務審議官別所氏が、Sofitel Hotelにて2年おきに更新のVMPDについての協議が執り行われたそうです。
今回の協議でフィリピン - 日本両国間の戦略的パートナーシップが55周年を迎えるということで、DFAから正式に発表があるそうです。。
またバジーリオ氏は協議中に、3月11日に起きた大震災に関してアキノ大統領からのお悔やみの言葉を伝えました。
一方で別所氏は3月25日に供給されたフィリピンからの支援について日本政府の感謝の意を表明したそうです。
後は3時間に及んだ協議の中で、両国間のいくつかの問題点についての見解の収束を確認したそうです。
現在支援活動しているメンバーの現場の声が届いたかどうかは疑問です。
DFA: PHL, Japan reaffirm bilateral ties
The Philippines and Japan have reaffirmed their bilateral ties and strategic partnership after holding a Vice Ministerial Policy Dialogue (VMPD) in Metro Manila earlier this week.
Officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) held the VMPD at the Sofitel Hotel on April 11.
Held every two years, the VMPD is one of the regular policy consultation mechanisms between the Philippines and Japan.
"The two Governments reviewed the overall state of their strategic partnership. The Philippines and Japan expressed satisfaction over the excellent state of relations and cooperation, as Philippine-Japan diplomatic ties enter its 55th year in 2011," the DFA said in a news release posted on its website Thursday.
Leading the Philippine and Japanese delegation were DFA Undersecretary for Policy Erlinda Basilio and MOFA Deputy Minister Koro Bessho.
During the meeting, Basilio reiterated President Benigno Aquino III's message of solidarity and sympathy with Japan after the devastating quake and tsunami last March 11.
On the other hand, Bessho reiterated the appreciation of the Japanese government for the Philippines' support, including the assistance it provided in kind last March 25.
"The three-hour consultations saw both governments exchanging views on a wide range of topics of mutual interest, spanning the bilateral, regional and international spheres," the DFA said.
Basilio and Bessho also noted a great degree of convergence between the two governments' views on several issues concerning Philippine-Japan relations.
The two countries also renewed their commitment to promoting regional peace, stability and development.

フィリピンですからで済めば良いですけど、そうにもいかないかな。
一つは緊急輸出案件。
たった1個の条件が満足できずに、取りやめの方向へ。（最終手段もありますけど、顧客判断に委ねます。）
もう一つは、本社移転作業。
異様に遅い政府の承認待ち。
こちらも契約絡みで色々な問題が浮上してきましたね。
打開策を模索中です。
最終的にうまく収まればいいでしょうけど。
ちょっとローカル任せでは頼りないので、自分が出て行こうかと思います～
そんな夏が始まったフィリピン。

成田空港から既に200人が分かれて、PALにて帰国することが決まったようですね。
50キロ圏内にいた人たちも脱出するようですが、お役所の面倒くさそうな書類が必要なんですね。

MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has already reserved 200 seats for the first two batches of Filipino repatriates from Japan.
DFA Secretary Albert del Rosario said in an interview on Radyo Singko that the Philippine Embassy in Japan reserved 100 seats in a Philippine Airlines flight that will leave the Narita airport on Sunday and another 100 seats in another flight out of Japan on Monday.
Del Rosario said that only 55 people, including children, confirmed their interest to be repatriated due to fears of possible effects of the long-term accumulation of exposure to radioactive particles being released by the quake-stricken Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant.
The DFA said that the 55 Fiipinos and their children are living within the 100-kilometer radius from the damaged nuclear plant.
The DFA on Tuesday announced that it will implement a mandatory repatriation for Filipinos within 50 kilometers of the crippled nuclear power plant after the Japanese government raised the level of severity of radiation leak from 5 to 7 at the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant.
The DFA will also implement voluntary repatriation for Filipinos living between 50 and 100 km from the plant.
Del Rosario said that Filipinos in the affected areas of the nuclear accident will have to go through a four-step process before their actual repatriation.
Upon pick-up from their homes, the Filipinos will be brought to a Japan "cleaning process" facility and then brought to the Fukushima Prefectural Government office to sign some documents.
Del Rosario said that the Fukushima Prefectural Government office will serve as a pick-up point by the Philippine embassy. From there, the Filipinos will travel by bus to Saitama, where they will sign more documents for their travel and then finally, they will be transported to Narita where they will board flights to Manila.
The DFA chief said that the Filipinos who will be repatriated to the Philippines will also go through proper medical check-up in Manila.
The DFA said that based on data from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, there are at least 2,000 Filipinos living within 100 kilometers from the crippled nuclear power plant.
Del Rosario believes that "a good number" of Filipinos, mostly married to Japanese nationals, will not take the repatriation offer.
