After my B-day 12th Sep.
We went to Carreido to get NBI clearance which is kind of certificate of the criminal record.
The Carriedo is similar to Divisoria but seemes more clean and safer a bit. And it reminded me like a
Ameyoko in Tokyo. no? anyway i felt so. but much bigger than Ameyoko.
And It's interesting the NBI office is located in a building which is located so many ultra cheap shops inside.
We got insinde of the building and went up stairs with a escalator which is under repair.
We followed the sign to NBI and saw so many shops for pirate DVD, Cell phone, etc.
Me and my wife are new applicant and sister in law's husband is renewal.
Since I am a foreigner so I did the different steps like below.
1.Pay the Php 20 for the entrance. and get the form for filipino. (same as filipino transaction)
2.Move to 6th floor for the special applicant.
3.Get form and move to 5th floor to photo copy of my passport.
4.Move back to the 6th floor and give the form and photo copy to them for check.
5.Move to 2nd floor to pay the transaction fee Php 115. (same as filipino transaction)
6.Move to 3rd floor to check if they have my name on their database.
7.Put the fingerprint on the form. all fingers! yuck!
8.Take a picture for the certificate.
9.Move back to 6th floor and give them a form with checked all and they schedule for releasing date.
But I have a question.
I understand it will take some for the releasing since I am a foreigner and I guess they will check my record in Japan. so I need to go back there after 1 week which means 19th Sep.
But why?
Why it take also one week for the renewal applicant?
He has a record alread on their database but they scheduled to go back there 18th Sep.
And? for the new applicant my wife got a clearance already.
I wonder why.
According to them there're so many same name with them on the database it will take time to check.
Pardon me?
It is 21Century we are living. and you are using computer since you are saying database.
How come you can't identified the specific name?
Anyway, we don't have choices huh? Surrender
Well... after NBI we went down stairs to check cheap shops.
I bought Crystal
at the Feng Shui shop. This one is Php700 in a Festival Mall but here Php200!!
And also bought ornament of the elephant made of Crystal also.
After Carreido we moved to broadway which is located near GMA7 studio to see brother in law.
And he took us a great Lugaw restaurant near his house.
We ordered Lugaw. Sarap!!
