龍吟
イタリアからのお客様、ミケーレとアルベルト。東京で絶対に行きたいところが、世界のトップ５０レストランに選ばれている【龍吟】と【ナリサワ】だ、と。予約を入れてくれたお礼に、と【龍吟】にご招待して下さいました。
トップ５０に選ばれて以来、少し予約が面倒になりましたが、半分あるいはそれ以上が外国人のお客様となりインターナショナルな雰囲気。お食事は以前も今も変わることなく、丁寧に作られオリジナリティー溢れています。
香港店がオープンしたことは記憶に新しいですが、なんと１、２ヶ月前に台湾にもオープンしたそう！
ちなみにここのプリンが好きで、フラッと寄っては店頭で買い求めています。
Michele and Alberto, guests from Italy, were very eager to go to "Ryugin" and "Narisawa" which have been selected as World top 50 restaurants and invited me to "Ryugin" as a return for booking tables.
Since selected as top 50, booking has got a bit hassle but more foreign customers visit. Dishes are very original, creative and sensational. After Hong Kong branch, they have just opened Taiwan branch!!
We spent 4 and half hours but we totally forgot about time with exquisite foods!
