Last week, too many conference calls were held and I had to give technical presentations rather than only join all of them Needless to say, everything didn't go well, however my manager told me that he could see my progress I am still shortage of experiences communicating with colleagues in English and so should call them frequently without hesitation from now on No challenge, No improvement.
This weekend, although I had a lot to go over, had opportunities to play basketball I had to deal with many things even weekend, they made me relax and refresh
