IGAS has been already held from last Friday.
Since My foreign manager also came to Japan for IGAS, it bothered me to be along with him despite I have many issues to deal with.
By the way, I was thinking about what is equality influenced with '' the'' input. Indeed, I feel such a current place is not what everyone wants. In my opinion, the equality doesn't mean quantity and opportunity but satisfaction. If everyone does only what they wanna do, meanings that they do it for fulfilling their own desire, it becomes nightmare or looks like a kind of disaster. This world is not composed of only desire.
What I wanna say is that this issue cannot be resolved even if equal opportunity is given to the respective attendees without caring about each other.
Such an inequality can be raised by thinking about only oneself. I suggest that each attendee have wider view with distance to make sure how the place is going on.
Anyway, I am going to go to Tokyo Big Sight now after just finished other urgent work. Working days are still continue for the time being...
