The population of aged people becomes larger and larger.
The population of young people smaller and smaller.
So in 2050 We must support 1 old person by 0.8 young person.
Can we do such a thing?
To solve this problem we must change the system of society.
For example, we must make rules that women who have children can work as regularemployee.
Like Norway, How about making a rule that company must employ women as 40% of directors.
It may be a little forcible. But to change something we must do something.
