リーダーサブリーダー決めをしました…！！
We had unit group meeting
to decide the leader of our new unit group!
この度
かおりがリーダーを
務めさせていただくことになりました。
For this year, it was decided that I would be the leader of Food&Culture unit group!
正直ね
自分がリーダーをやるかもなんて
新しいフーカルメンバーが発表されてから
1ミリも思っていなくて
To be honest I didn't think I would be the leader at all when I first heard about the new members of F&C group.
まいちゃんに
「今回はリーダーやらないと思う」
って言われた時
本当にびっくりしたんだ。
When Mai told me that she wouldn't be our leader, I was really really surprised. Cuz I totally thought she would be so again.
まいちゃんやらないなら
誰だろう？
Who would it be? instead of her?
後輩の子でリーダー
やりたいって子いるかな？
後輩にやってもらったほうが
その子のためにもチームのためにも
いいのかなぁ？
とかずーっと考えてて
Should our "Kouhai" be the leader?
Is it better that way...?
I had all these kinds of thoughts...
立候補は
当日まで結構悩みました。
I spent so much time thinking what's the best.
必然とリーダーって位置は
目立つのかもしれないけど
リーダーやって目立とう、とかじゃなくて
成長の糧にしたいから！とかでもなく
(やることでそういうことにつながるとは絶対思うけど)
大好きなFood&Cultureチームのために
自分は何をしたらいいかなとか
新しいチームメンバーを見たとき、
どうしたらみんなが輝けて
プロデューサーさんたちに
楽しいライブや時間を届けられるかな
ってすっごく考えて。
n also I thought of what I could do for this new group. What's my position to make this group good? so that all the fans can have good time at our concerts?
その結果
立候補はしようって決めました。

I decided my mind
If they ask, I'll raise my hand.
他に後輩でやりたいって子もいたら
それは素敵で嬉しいことだし…！
But I also thought that
it would be nice
if other Kouhai wanted to be the leader.
でもね
正直ね
サブに手を上げてくれる子はいても
リーダーには手が上がらないかもしれない
とも思ったんだ…
But honestly
I guessed no one would...
だから
くるみちゃんが
手を上げたの見て
びっくりもしたし
本当に嬉しかった。
So I was surprised n also happy that my Kouhai said she was willing to do the leader.
結果として
かおりが
リーダーになることに
なったけど
After all it was decided that
I would be the leader,
本当に
素敵なメンバーがいる
グループだなぁって
I was so happy to see my Kouhai was willing to be the leader n do all the work.
All the members are so willing to commit themselves to new F&C.
すごく
フーカルのこれからに
わくわくしたり
後輩の成長が嬉しかったです
I'm very excited for this new group!

花里飛鳥ちゃんに決定！

矢田喜多ちゃんも
立候補してくれて
2人の話を聞いて
すごくすごく
うれしくもなったし
フーカルを好きって気持ちが伝わってきて
感動…！！

まだどうなるかわからないけど
We donno how it would all turn out to be
このメンバーなら
一緒に素敵な時間を作り上げて
いけるなって思います。
but one thing that I'm sure of.
we'll make a great team!
