ベルギーは現在朝の9時です〜
今日も朝活として、ランニングをミヒちゃんとして参りました🏃🏻♀️🏃♂️
朝6：30起床。なぜなら、ミヒちゃんのお仕事の前にやるため。
ミヒちゃんの始業開始時間は8:30のためこの時間に起きて走らないと間に合わないのですね〜
ちなみにミヒちゃんは現在自宅でテレワーク中です！ミヒちゃんの仕事に関しては後々✋
ミヒちゃん何と昨日ネットで注文した腕時計が届いたので今日のランニングウキウキでした〜

そう！今日はランニング終えた後大学の同期のリカさんから回ってきたプランクチャレンジをしたのです〜
最近ロックダウンや自粛生活でインスタでは、リレー的なのが流行ってるみたい〜
ちなみに私はあまりそのリレーに参加しないタイプです〜
というかリレーが回ってこない
友達少ないのかな。。。泣
ということでね、せっかく回ってきたら一応やってみたのですよ

ロックダウン中に30日プランクチャレンジでもして、腹筋に線を入れようかな
ちなみにベルギーは本日政府から今後の対策についての会見があります〜
多分、2週間ロックダウン伸びて5/3まで自宅待機でしょうね。
でもそのあとどうなるんだろう〜
まぁとりあえず今は
コロナに気をつけて自宅生活を楽しもう！

It’s now 9:00 in a morning in Belgium 🇧🇪
I ran in this morning with Michi as a morning activities as usual 🏃🏻♀️🏃♂️
We worke up at 6:30🐓😧 Why? Because Michi needs to be finished before his work... And then he have to start work at 8:30, so if don’t wake up that early He will be late 😂
By the way, He work in home now as Telework. I gonna write about his job in another time.
Michi was excited about new watch that he ordered on online shopping and received in yesterday.
Looks like a Apple Watch ⌚️ But it focus on more Sports. He said in the way some online corch corched for us for our training...?

So! After running We did “Plank challenge” which my friend from Japan (Rika) give to me.
Recently it is popular to do some “challenge” or “relay” on instagram whole boring time of Lock down.
I was not such a tipe that participate it....
No... actually it doesn’t turn to me.... Maybe I don’t have many friends.....
Anyway, I did it!

By the way Belgian government will give us new megerment of next 2weeks.
I guess it gonna be just lockdown is extended to 2more weeks.
But I wonder after Lockdown is over...
