2) It is not easy for you to understand what they are telling you
中部の田舎に日本語対応する病院もないのに
歯科があるわけないよね〜
3) You have seen a dentist in the last 12 months
一時帰国時、夏に治療してきた！
So it should be ok, and not a big issue. Until you develop issues or pain in your mouth or teeth.
