長文のこのレポートは、女性に非常に好意的です。女性のほうが勉強が出来るとか、女性役員が多い会社のほうが収益率が高いとか、チームワークにも秀でているとか、女性への投資は次世代へも好影響をもたらす等々です。又、女性の職場進出は少子化や成長鈍化をもたらすという常識の嘘も指摘しています。
