Basically, we're supposed to help out immigrants with whatever they'd like to learn, involving English.
Anyways...a few of us grouped together to help the cutest Mexican lady, today.

She works as a maid in a nearby hotel, and she was really really sweet, as middle-aged Latin American women tend to be. (Spending the past 3 years learning Japanese and dealing with Japanese people, I'd forgotten how warm certain other cultures are!)
She wanted to know how to say various things relating to her work, ranging from "Do you need new towels?", to phrases for getting to know her coworkers, and she said she really likes her work
(which I found oddly heart-warming?)
Other than that... the weather's been cooling down, even if just a bit. The other night the moon was big and orange, as if to signal autumn's approach -- it's reached the time of year that's perfect for nighttime strolls

Until next time!
