I'm long overdue for an update

Okay, there isn't any excuse. If someone with a full, exciting life in China can make daily updates, surely I can, too, right?

The weather got mighty chilly, oh yes it did. You know that, "chilly atmosphere"?
Yeah, that one!
It's nice, isn't it? Even if I hate cold weather, the "atmosphere" really works for me.
Right now I'm sitting in my brother's apartment, for the "2nd Annual Veteran's Day Indian Cookout".
(i.e., he cooks Indian food, and I eat it. I'll take some pictures of the food and post them up tomorrow. 
)He's become a rather good cook, actually. (Maybe because he has to cook for his girlfriend every night...? But that's a different story...
