Buenas noches!!

Bueno ayer hubo el partido de la liga y era primer partido de esta temporada.

Jugamos contra un gran equipo de Letonia y la verdad jugamos bien pero perdimos 2-0..

Y bueno yo empecé en el banquillo y no jugué el partido.

Y bueno hoy había el entrenamiento por la mañana y quien no haya jugado o poco minutos han entrenado duro.

Y por la tarde hemos quedado con el equipo y hemos ido un lugar de vídeo juego.

Y hemos tenido un buen tiempo con el equipo y hemos divertido.

Yesterday there was the league match and it was first match of this season.

We played against one of the big teams in Latvia and we lost 2-0..

I started on the bench and I didn’t play..

And this morning there was the team training and who wasn’t play and played little time we did hard training.

And in the afternoon we met in the team and we went play some video game together.

It was good time with them and we enjoyed.

昨日はリーグ戦があり、

開幕戦でした

アウェイでラトビアの名門チームとの対戦で、

前半まで0対0でしたが、

2対0で負けてしまいました..

自分はベンチスタートで、

結局出番はなかったです..

そして今日はまずチーム練習があり、

試合に出てない組と途中からのメンバーは、

しっかりトレーニングしました。

そして午後はチームで集まり、

TVとPCゲームをしにいきました。

チーム戦で戦ったりして、

楽しい時間を過ごしました！

いよいよ始まる！

Bueno hoy por la mañana había el entrenamiento del equipo y he participado.

Hoy ha sido un día antes del partido y hemos preparado para eso.

Primero hemos hecho unos rondos y calentamientos y luego hemos hecho la posesión con tres equipos.

Y después hemos jugado partido de la doble área y luego hemos hecho la finalización.

Mañana sería primer partido de la liga y bueno jugaremos contra un gran equipo de Letonia.

Será muy difícil y no sé si jugaré desde principio pero estaré listo y lo daré todo cuando jugaré.

This morning there was the team training and I participated.

It was one day before the match so we prepared for it.

First we did rondo and warm up with ball and after we did possession.

After we played double area game and after we did some finishing.

Tomorrow will be first match of this season and we’ll play against one of the big team in Latvia so will be hard game but we’ll give all.

And I don’t know if I’ll play from start but I’ll be ready always and I’ll give all my best and I’ll enjoy if I play!!

午前中はチーム練習があり、

参加しました。

試合前日の練習になり、

試合に向けて準備しました。

まずは鳥かごや基礎練でアップしてから、

3チームのポゼッションをやり、

ダブルエリアのゲームをしました。

その後はクロスからなどの、

いろんなパターンのフィニッシュをして、

終わりました。

明日は今シーズンの開幕戦で、

ラトビアの強豪との対戦です。

難しい試合になるとは思いますが、

チーム全員で戦いたいと思います！

そして自分は初めから出るかは分かりませんが、

どんな立ち位置でもいい準備をしたいと思います！

そしてピッチに出たなら、

最初から全部を出しきり、

1部の舞台を楽しみたいと思います！

Bueno hace mucho tiempo que no escribía el diario por unos razones pero desde hoy empezaré de nuevo.

Bueno primero estaba de vacaciones en Japón y me disfrute mucho la verdad.

Y bueno he vuelto a Letonia y esta temporada también jugaré en mismo equipo que jugaba última temporada.

Esta vez jugaremos en primera división y será primera vez para mi y para el equipo también.

La verdad será muy difícil temporada pero lo daré todo por el equipo y me lo divertiré cada momento!!

Y muchas gracias por las personas que me hayan apoyado como siempre.

So long time I wasn’t write my diary for some reason but I’ll start to write again.

First on December I was in Japan for vacation and I really spent a good time in there.

And I came back again to Latvia and this season also I’ll play in same team of last season.

This season we will play in first division and will be first time for me and team also.

So it will be really hard season but I’ll give all my best and I’ll enjoy a every moment!!

And really thank you who supported me as always!!

しばらくの間更新できてませんでしたが、

今日から再開したいと思います。

まず12月はオフで日本に帰っていて、

めちゃくちゃ楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！

そして1月にラトビアに戻ってきて、

今シーズンも昨シーズンと同じチームでプレーする事が決まりました！

今シーズンはラトビア1部で、

個人的にもチームとしても、

初の1部の舞台です。

いろいろと難しいシーズンになるとは思いますが、

1日1日を大切にして、日々感謝を忘れず、

今を楽しみたいと思います！

そして今回もいろんな方のサポートなどがあり、

このチャンスを手にする事ができました。

本当にありがとうございました！

そしてこれからもよろしくお願いします！

Bueno ayer tuve un largo viaje y volví a Japón por vacaciones.

Y bueno en el aeropuerto cuando llegue a Japón encontraré con unas personas por casualidad y bueno me sorprendí mucho y me alegro por verles.

Y bueno primer día de Japón la pasé con la familia y hemos ido a entrar aguas termales.

También había sauna y bueno hemos entrado unas veces para relajar.

Y también hemos comido unas comidas japonesas y la pasé muy bien.

Yesterday I had a long trip and I came back to Japan for vacation.

I could arrive well and I met with some friends in airport by chance.

I really surprised and I’m glad to see them.

And first day in Japan I spent with my family and we went to spa.

There was sauna also so I went a few times to take a relax.

And also we ate some Japanese food and I really spent good time in there.

昨日長旅を終えて、

無事に日本に帰国してきました！

空港ではいろんな偶然が重なり、

友人や元チームメイトと再会しました。

いろいろとびっくりしましたが、

久しぶりにお会いできて良かったです！

帰った最初はお寿司を食べました。

そして今日は家族と温泉に入りに行きました。

サウナもあり何回か入って、

身体を整えてきました。

もちろん温泉も入り、

久しぶりの日本のご飯を食べ、

楽しい時間を過ごしました！

Bueno hoy había una ceremonia de nuestro equipo y he participado.

Han venido muchas personas y primero hablaba sobre nuestra historia.

Y luego presentamos unas personas y nuestro patrocinador y también agradecemos para ellos.

Y también había unas presentaciones de baile y después han galardonado unos jugadores como mejor gol y mejor jugador.

Y bueno me han seleccionado como mejor jugador de esta temporada.

La verdad no me esperaba pero bueno me alegro mucho por recibir esto y agradezco a todos!!

Y bueno después de eso he hablado con unas personas y la verdad me he divertido.

Today there was ceremony of team and I participated.

It was a lot people and first there were talking about our history.

After there was presentation of our sponsors and we appreciate to them also.

An there was some presentation of dancing and after we celebrated some players like best goal and best player.

And they selected me as a best player of this season.

To be honest I really surprised for it but I’m really glad for it and I really appreciate everyone!!

And yeah after that I talked with some people and I had really good time in there!!

今日は午後にチームのセレモニーがあり、

参加しました！

市の大きな市民ホールでやり、

たくさんの人が集まりました。

まずは自分達のチームの歴史などから始まり、

いろいろな話をしてました。

ラトビア語だったので理解できませんでしたが..😅

その後はスポンサーなどの紹介をしてから、

彼らにギフトなどを渡したりしました。

それからダンスパフォーマンスなどもありました。

そして今シーズンのベストゴールやMVPなどの表彰があり、今シーズンのベストプレーヤーに選んでもらいました。

正直びっくりしましたが、

ベストプレーヤーに選んでもらえたのは、

嬉しいです！

そして最後はチームメイトや関係者の方々と、

談笑などして終わりました。

いろんな人とお話しできたので、

楽しかったです！
