いろんな偶然

Buenas noches!!

Bueno ayer tuve un largo viaje y volví a Japón por vacaciones.

Y bueno en el aeropuerto cuando llegue a Japón encontraré con unas personas por casualidad y bueno me sorprendí mucho y me alegro por verles.

Y bueno primer día de Japón la pasé con la familia y hemos ido a entrar aguas termales.

También había sauna y bueno hemos entrado unas veces para relajar.

Y también hemos comido unas comidas japonesas y la pasé muy bien.

Yesterday I had a long trip and I came back to Japan for vacation.

I could arrive well and I met with some friends in airport by chance.

I really surprised and I’m glad to see them.

And first day in Japan I spent with my family and we went to spa.

There was sauna also so I went a few times to take a relax.

And also we ate some Japanese food and I really spent good time in there.

昨日長旅を終えて、

無事に日本に帰国してきました！

空港ではいろんな偶然が重なり、

友人や元チームメイトと再会しました。

いろいろとびっくりしましたが、

久しぶりにお会いできて良かったです！

帰った最初はお寿司を食べました。

そして今日は家族と温泉に入りに行きました。

サウナもあり何回か入って、

身体を整えてきました。

もちろん温泉も入り、

久しぶりの日本のご飯を食べ、

楽しい時間を過ごしました！

Bueno hoy había una ceremonia de nuestro equipo y he participado.

Han venido muchas personas y primero hablaba sobre nuestra historia.

Y luego presentamos unas personas y nuestro patrocinador y también agradecemos para ellos.

Y también había unas presentaciones de baile y después han galardonado unos jugadores como mejor gol y mejor jugador.

Y bueno me han seleccionado como mejor jugador de esta temporada.

La verdad no me esperaba pero bueno me alegro mucho por recibir esto y agradezco a todos!!

Y bueno después de eso he hablado con unas personas y la verdad me he divertido.

Today there was ceremony of team and I participated.

It was a lot people and first there were talking about our history.

After there was presentation of our sponsors and we appreciate to them also.

An there was some presentation of dancing and after we celebrated some players like best goal and best player.

And they selected me as a best player of this season.

To be honest I really surprised for it but I’m really glad for it and I really appreciate everyone!!

And yeah after that I talked with some people and I had really good time in there!!

今日は午後にチームのセレモニーがあり、

参加しました！

市の大きな市民ホールでやり、

たくさんの人が集まりました。

まずは自分達のチームの歴史などから始まり、

いろいろな話をしてました。

ラトビア語だったので理解できませんでしたが..😅

その後はスポンサーなどの紹介をしてから、

彼らにギフトなどを渡したりしました。

それからダンスパフォーマンスなどもありました。

そして今シーズンのベストゴールやMVPなどの表彰があり、今シーズンのベストプレーヤーに選んでもらいました。

正直びっくりしましたが、

ベストプレーヤーに選んでもらえたのは、

嬉しいです！

そして最後はチームメイトや関係者の方々と、

談笑などして終わりました。

いろんな人とお話しできたので、

楽しかったです！

Hoy por la mañana he entrenado con los japoneses como siempre.

Hoy también hemos hecho unos ejercicios del técnico.

Y también hemos hecho unos ejercicios de correr estos días.

Y bueno también estaba nevando y hemos trabajado con el nieve.

Y bueno por la tarde he ido al gimnasio para entrenar a mi mismo.

Y he hecho unos ejercicios como siempre.

This morning I did training with Japanese as always.

We did some technique exercises as always as d we ran a lot also.

Also it was training with snow and we could work well.

And in the afternoon I went to the gym to do training by myself.

I did some exercise and I could work well also.

午前中は日本人と自主練をしました！

いつも通りリフティングなどの基礎練をやり、

ここ数日間は走りも多めにやり、

オフ前にがっつり追い込みました！

雪の上でいつもよりもキツイですが、

その分いいトレーニングができました。

そして午後はジムに行き、

しっかり全身のトレーニングをやり、

追い込みました。

Hoy por la mañana he entrenado con los japoneses como siempre.

Hoy también hemos hecho unos ejercicios del técnico y centro y remate.

Y también hemos corrido un poco.

Y bueno en Letonia ha empezado a hacer frío y está nevando.

Así que bueno ha sido el entrenamiento con el nieve y la verdad es difícil pero es bueno para mantener bien el cuerpo y hacer bien las cosas.

Y bueno por la tarde he ido al gimnasio y he trabajado un poco.

This morning I did training with Japanese as always.

We did some technique exercises and we worked cross and shoot.

And also we ran a little bit.

And started being cold in Latvia and snowing.

So we worked on the snow and it was difficult but it’s really good to keep well a body and do well everything.

And in the afternoon I went to the gym and I did some exercise.

午前中は日本人達と自主練しました。

いつも通りリフティングなどの基礎練や、

ロングボール、クロス、シュートをやり、

走りも入れて追い込みました。

そしてラトビアでは先週あたりから気温がおち、

数日前から雪も降り始めました。

なので今日は雪の上でのトレーニングになり、

いつもとはまた違う負荷がかかり、

いいトレーニングになりました。

今週は雪の上でのトレーニングになると思いますが、いい感覚でやっていきたいと思います！

そして午後はジムに行き、

軽く何種目かやりました。

少しダッシュもいれました。

そしてロングボールも蹴り、

最後はクロスとシュートもやりました。

シーズンが終わっても、

こうやって練習できるのはありがたいですし、

しっかり1つずつを大事にしたいと思います！
