I decided a university in Wisconsin, the U.S.
The state is located near the Great lakes.

Students from my university in Japan were 6 including myself.
Each of us had an interest that we could focus on during the
exchange program. Therefore, all of us could have a really great
year and became to love the university.

It seemed there was nothing to do around the campus but studying
at the beginning of the year. Actually, it was right lol.
Even though the university is located near a downtown, which has
some cafes, a supermarket, a bookstore and etc…, we didn't have
enough time to hang out there so much.

During Fall term, we had an orientation week that I felt relatively
so long because I had nothing to do, many parties on almost every
weekend, Halloween, Thanks giving, etc…

Almost everyday, I used to stay in a library until 1 a.m.
Even if I did so, I couldn't quite understand what other local or
international students say. I wanted to hang out more but couldn't.
I couldn't afford to do many things in order to catch up.

Gradually, I began to be able to understand and communicate with
the local and international students.
The happiest thing for me is to be able to join a tennis team, which
made the year wonderful:) If I couldn't join the team, the year was
just good not as awesome as I feel now.
We often listened to this song when we had a drinking party.

Where we used to study till midnight
$All the world's a stage-Where we used to study till midnight

Sometimes, I miss the library...

To be continued…
