もう2月も終わりです。ということで、最近の写真を投稿したいと思います。
Now It’s close to the end of February. So I am going to post recent photos.
①授業 classes

3月末に二学期は終わるので、もうすぐテストが始まります。高三の生徒に「テストの準備はできているか？」と聞いたら「それよりも夏のナショナルイグザム（大学入試）だ」と。
ごもっともです。
Term two will end at the end of March. So the exam will start soon. I asked one senior 6 students if he prepared for the next exam. He answered that he regarded the National exam (entrance exam for the university) which he would have in the summer as more important for me. That is absolutely correct.
②最近の運びもの Recent Carrying

これはドアかもしれませんね。よくドアを運んでいる人を見かけます。
This might be a door. I usually see the man carrying a door.
ニワトリの子どもたちです。市場で売るために運んでいるようですが、かわいいです。
This video is of chicken babies. A man is carrying baby chicken to sell in the market. They are cute.
下の写真はルワンダあるあるのグリーンバナナです。
Next picture is of man carrying green bananas. It is a common sight in Rwanda.
それにしてもたくさんですね。日曜日の写真です。
There are so many bananas. I took this picture on Sunday.
ということで、次はバナナについて。

③バナナ料理 Banana dishes
先日、バナナを買って食べました。
I bought green bananas and ate them the other day.
グリーンバナナはこんな感じで売られています。
Green bananas are sold like this.
まずバナナを切って煮込みました。
First, I cut the banana and boiled it.
何を作ったかというと…

バナナカレーでした。バナナは完全にじゃがいもです。味はまあまあでした。日本にあっても良いかもしれないですね。
I made banana curry and rice. Green bananas taste like Irish potatoes. It was good. So, it may be OK that we import green bananas to Japan.
④ムハジ湖 Muhazi Lake
先週末は近くのムハジ湖という湖に行ってきました。
I went to the lake near my house called Muhazi.
青の四角形がムハジ湖で青の丸が住んでいる家です。1番近いところだと20kmほどでしょうか。
The blue square is Lake Muhazi and the blue circle is my house. It is almost 20km from my house to the nearest part of Lake Muhazi.

静かで良い場所でした。
It was a quiet and beautiful place.

船に乗ることもできます。10000ルワンダフラン（だいたい1200円）でしたが、外国人なので、ぼったくられたかもしれません…
We can get on the ship. It cost 10000RWF(Rwanda Franc). I might have been ripped off because I am a foreigner.
