折り紙
Origami
何やら小学生たちが土を耕していました。なぜかは分かりませんが。
ルワンダあるあるの「いきなり何か始まる」です。
Primary students were tilling the soil. But I didn’t know why they did it.
It is very usual that something will start suddenly like this.
One student is tilling. It looked hard.
耕していますね。一生懸命やっていました。
翌日 The next day
耕している部分とそうでない部分の差が明白ですね。
It is very clear what the difference is between the part of having tilled and not.
何を栽培するのかは分かりませんが、この後が楽しみですね。昨年より寒いし、雨も多い気がするので、植物の生育には良いと思います。
I don’t know what students cultivate here. But I am looking forward to the future. I think it is colder and rainy than last year. So it is good for the plants to grow.
さて、生徒たちと折り紙を折ってみました。

多分、折り紙をするのは初めてだと思います。しかし、忘れていました。彼らが器用でないことを…
I think it is probably the first time for my students to do Origami. But I completely forget that they are not dexterous.
一つの机に集まり、一生懸命作っていました。「ちょっと近すぎるでしょ」と思ってしまいました（笑）
They gathered and did origami hard at one desk. I thought it was too close.
生徒たちの好きなハートをつくりました。上手くできたと思います。何はともあれ楽しそうにしていたので、良しとしましょう。
We made heart shapes which students love. They did well. Anyway, everything was good because they seemed to be having fun.
作りながら思ったのですが、なぜ日本の生徒は器用なのでしょうか。とてと興味深いです。
おそらく同じ製品を作っても差が出てしまいますね。ものづくりをするにしても日本は有利なんだろうと思います。
I thought about why Japanese students are so dexterous while I was doing origami. It is very interesting for me.
It will make big differences to make the same products. I think we Japanese have a big advantage to make something.
