とてつもなくお久しぶりですが、調子はいかがでしょうか？？
最近、blogについて色々と思う事があったので、一時更新をストップしてました・・・
方向性に迷いが生じだしていたのが、主な原因。
そんな折に、大阪のbossから「クラシックの和訳を載せていったら」とのご指摘がありましたので、今回は久しぶりの『勝手に和訳STA』のコーナーです。クラシックも好きやけど、新譜広めたいって気持ちも大いにあるので、混ぜ混ぜしていきます～

で、訳してて思ったんだけど、俺はこの曲のhookからPublic Enemyに対するアンチテーゼを感じ取った。Hookってゆうか、まぁ曲全体的にやけど。

この時計、何て名前だったかは忘れたけど、この時計が０時を指したら世界は破滅するって意味なんだよね。だから「今何時なのかを常に意識せよ」みたいなメッセージが込められてるって訳。
「ただ時間を数えるだけ。」なんて、絶対意識してると思う。ロッキッシュなトラックは、ボム・スクアッドを彷彿とさせるしね。
Fight The Powerが２０世紀のHipHopなら、Off The Powerが２１世紀のHipHopだぜ！と言わんばかりに。
