まず、ル・ポールとは誰か？ということから説明しよう。

これ、私のニューヨーク時代の友人ラリー・ティー Larry Teeもかかわってつくった曲なんです。
おととしケイティーペリーが来日したときにコンサートに連れて行ってくれてしかも一番前の席！
ま、私がケイティーに会うのは2度目だったんですが、
一度目はNY時代にVIP待遇でオーストリアのエイズチャリティーイベントに招待されたとき。

ドラァグクィーンとは英語表記すると「DRAG QUEEN」のこと。
DRAGは引きずるという意味
QUEENは女王という意味。
薬物のＤＲＵＧとは違いますよ。

しかし、その辺の普通の女のようにになりきろうとする本気女装ではなく、
奇抜なファッションとメイクが特徴なんです。ゴージャス、華麗、きらびやか！
そこが違い。
マツコやミッツは女装家(トランスベスタイト）Trans vestiteだけど、
その女装家の中でも
バビ江ノビッチやナジャ・グランディーバは「DRAG QUEEN」。
さらに、はるな愛ちゃんなどのニューハーフはスラング英語で「TRANNY」といいます。
