Today, I took a day off and had a checkup for womb cancer.
I tend to neglect that kind of examination because of my hard work, but I felt the necessity for doing it regularly at least once a year.
In order to enjoy my life, let's keep my body in tone!!.
It's clear day but fairly cold as the beginnig of November.
Today is holiday "Culture Day"... unfortunately I have to work.
But it's OK as nobody (including my boss) is at office, so feel free to be here.
I very much like cooking, and eating. (*^o^*)
especially Southeast Asia, Chinese, French, Italian and of course Japanese cuisine.
Also curious about cheeses and wine.

I was amazed by vital energies of Juniper tree at Grand Canyon, even though its bark look like dried up. Not only the energy but the fragrance as essential oil.
Now I just start learning English again after a long while.
I am struggling to improve my English.
I believe..."practice makes perfect".
